TXFNE™ offers real-world, community-based clinical preceptorships for qualified nurses.
Who Can Apply?
To participate, you must:
Be an RN or higher
Hold a valid nursing license
Have completed a 40-hour IAFN-approved didactic course (adult/adolescent and/or pediatric/adolescent)

13 surrounding counties
6 clinic locations
55+ hospital partners
We provide care for victims of:
Sexual assault, Domestic violence, Strangulation, Human trafficking, Elder abuse, and Child abuse
Since 2020, we’ve supported over 1,000 victims of violence annually, offering preceptors hands-on experience in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.
